- Quest Diagnostics is the nation’s largest clinical laboratory and is a participating provider with the great majority of health plans, meaning that claims for OVA1 will be processed in-network if your health plan participates with Quest Diagnostics. If you are not sure about the network status of Quest Diagnostics, we suggest you check the local Quest Diagnostics Insurance Reference Guide.
- Quest Diagnostics is currently accepting and testing samples for both in-network and out-of-network health plan members.
- Regardless of network status, it is possible your health plan may not cover the test or may not pay the full amount and if so, you may be responsible for covering all or part of the cost. If you are responsible for covering all or part of the cost, and cannot afford it, Quest Diagnostics may be able to help. Please call the Quest Diagnostics’ Patient Advocacy Hotline at 1-800-420-7225 ext. 7886 to discuss your individual situation.
